Request for Proposal: Food Items Purchase
Dear Vendors
Children New Generation is a registered Ukrainian non-profit organization based in Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk oblast. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion in 2022, we focus on emergency relief activities, and one of our core projects is food distribution:
We are currently seeking proposals from vendors who can supply specific food items listed below for our upcoming project. We invite your organization to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms outlined in this document.
1. Scope
We are looking to purchase the following food items in the quantities specified in the spreadsheet provided:

The items include: Canned meat, Pasta, Bread, Sugar, Tea, Cookies, Ultra pasteurized milk, Cereals, Oat milk, Yogurt, Frozen fruits, Frozen meat, Juices, Muesli bars. Please see the link for the exact products and quantities.
2. Proposal Deadline
All proposals must be submitted electronically to the designated contact person mentioned below no later than June 16th, 2023. Late proposals will not be considered.
3. Implementation Deadline
The selected vendor must be able to deliver the ordered goods to our warehouse by June 21st, 2023.

Our allocated budget for this procurement is USD $15,196. Please ensure your proposal falls within this budget. Any proposals exceeding this amount will not be considered.
